Backstage Passes

No guest is allowed backstage without the proper credential. Any person found backstage without proper credential is subject to ejection. Frontwave Arena does not sell backstage passes, as they are supplied by the tour and cannot be purchased.

Bag Policy

 

Frontwave Arena is a clear bag only venue. Guests are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring with them to the arena. Only (1) one of the following style and size bag, package, or container per person:

  • Purses and handbags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12”x 6”x12.”
  • Clear plastic storage bags no larger than 1 gallon size are permitted.
  • Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 4.5”x6.5” with or without a handle or strap will be allowed.
  • Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags, etc.) are prohibited.

 

Box Office

Frontwave Arena Box Office hours, payment methods and ticket policy is available by visiting the Box Office and Tickets page.

Camera Policy

The permitted use of cameras varies by event. Small digital cameras may be permitted for certain events. Cameras with professional lenses and/or equipment, zoom lenses beyond 3”, flash photography, GoPros, camcorders, selfie sticks, iPads or other tablets, drones, tripods, bipods and monopods are prohibited at all times.

Cashless

Frontwave Arena is a fully cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, for a safe and speedy check out. We do not accept cash.

Children Tickets

Any child aged 3 and up will need a ticket to attend. It is assumed that children entering without a ticket will sit on an adult’s lap. For select events, every person (regardless of age) must have a ticket to attend. Please contact the Frontwave Arena management office to inquire about specific events.

Concessions at Frontwave Arena will be announced soon. Check out the Food and Beverage page for more information. 

Door Times

Doors open 1 HR before first performance or event start time.

Elevators

 

Guests with accessibility needs with tickets to a VIP Deck or VIP Suites can use either the elevator near the Northwest Entrance or the elevator near the Northeast Entrance

Guests with accessibility needs with tickets on the Floor will use the elevator near the Northeast Entrance.

Please seek out a Guest Services representative nearby for assistance.

 

Entry Inspections

All guests are subject to search and their belongings subject to inspection before entering the venue and once inside the venue. Please see our RESTRICTED ITEMS list for items that will not be allowed into the venue. Guests who refuse metal detector screenings and/or physical searches may be refused entry by Frontwave Arena.

First Aid

First Aid is located on North Concourse near the Northwest Entrance at Frontwave Arena.

Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in Frontwave Arena. We ask that fans either leave any food or beverage items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the arena.

Guest Code of Conduct

 

Please help us create a safe and friendly environment for all guests at Frontwave Arena. Guests are expected to adhere to the following guidelines and should expect an environment where:

  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
  • Guests agree to follow the Arena’s health and safety policies, as well as all applicable Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, local, state, and federal orders, regulations, and ordinances pertaining to health and safety at all times while at the venue. Health and safety policies may be posted throughout the venue and on tickets.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Management reserves the right to deny entry into the venue, refuse service to guests displaying visible signs of impairment/intoxication, and/or to eject an impaired/intoxicated guest from the venue without refund.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats. Guests must always possess a valid ticket and/or credential and provide it when requested.
  • Guests are permitted to sit or stand during an event if they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and/or on chairs is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests who engage in disruptive behavior (including foul/abusive language or obscene gestures), fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the field/stage/unauthorized areas will be immediately ejected from the venue without refund or reimbursement.
  • Guests are required to wear clothing (i.e. shirt, pants and shoes for safety). Nudity, partial nudity, body paint and pasties are prohibited. Clothing that is deemed offensive, obscene or displays offensive text and/or images is not allowed. Frontwave Arena management reserves the right to deny entry or eject guests based on these requirements.
  • Guests are prohibited from smoking both inside and outside on arena grounds (including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes). Frontwave Arena is a non-smoking venue.
  • Guests will comply with all requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
  • Guests will not damage or destroy venue property or violate any local, state, federal or Frontwave Arena policy.
  • Parking passes are required in all parking lots, and parking spaces are available only for guests attending the event. Tailgating ends at the start of the event. Guests will not loiter or tailgate in Frontwave Arena parking areas during or after an event. All Frontwave Arena parking lots will be cleared and cleaned one hour after the conclusion of each event.
  • Guests are encouraged to report any incident, concern, or inappropriate behavior to venue personnel.
  • Frontwave Arena staff have been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure the above expectations are met. Please report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest Security or Guest Services team member as soon as possible. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, and season ticket holders may also be subject to having their season subscription revoked and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
  • If you feel our staff does not address an issue to your satisfaction, please request to speak with a Supervisor immediately. Arena management reserves the right to approve, adjust, or enforce any policy at their discretion.

The guest drop off and pick up location is on the westbound side of Toyon Dr. 

Guest Services

Guest Services is located in the lobby of the Northeast Entrance of Frontwave Arena.

Lost and Found

 

Lost and Found is located in the guest service office.

Merchandise

Merchandise sales booths will be located inside the arena. One booth will be located at the southeast corridor near the Modelo Cantina. One booth will be located near the southwest side of the arena, only accessible through the west lobby. 

Parking

Frontwave Arena features two parking lots; a VIP (Lot A) and general parking (Lot B). Parking passes are required in all parking lots, and parking spaces are available only for guests attending the event. All lots will open one hour prior to doors opening. Guests will not loiter nor tailgate in Frontwave Arena parking areas before, during or after an event. All Frontwave Arena parking lots will be cleared and cleaned one hour after the conclusion of each event.

Postponed / Cancelled Events

 

Refunds for cancelled events are available at the point-of-purchase when tickets are presented.

In the case of a postponed event, the original ticket will be honored on the new event date, or a refund can be granted with the presentation of the purchased tickets at point-of-purchase.

  • Umbrellas
  • Tools and pocketknives (see “Weapons”)
  • Laser pens, pointers, flashlights, glow products (including sticks, necklaces, bracelets, eyeglasses, masks, hats, and gloves)
  • Noise-making devices: air horns, cowbells, drums, and whistles (some allowances may apply for sporting events; check website for details)
  • Costumes (see “General Rules & Policies”); no full face masks
  • Signs, flags, banners, posters (unless otherwise posted)
  • Wallet chains, studded belts, or bracelets
  • Pamphlets or product samples
  • Heelys, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, bicycles, helmets
  • Chairs
  • Balloons
  • Permanent markers, spray paint
  • Street drugs, illegal substances, prescription medicine (aside from asthma inhalers with matching prescriptions), or other medications unless approved by onsite medical personnel (please request a medical check when approaching the venue entrance)
  • Cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, vape pens, atomizers, electronic nicotine delivery systems; any item containing chemical fluids (including e-cig fluid)
  • Decals and stickers

Re-Entry Policy

Guests may not re-enter the arena for a ticketed event after exiting.

Refunds

There are no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades once tickets are purchased.

Security Policy

All guests will have to go through walk-through metal detectors. These are located at every entrance. To accommodate the additional time needed for the new security procedures, fans are encouraged to arrive early to allow extra time for ingress. Frontwave Arena staffs both private security and off-duty Oceanside police officers to provide security before, during, and after events.

Service Animals

 

All trained service animals or service animals in training that provide a specific service related to a guest’s disabilities are welcome. Service animals must remain on a leash and/or harness at all times. Service animals should rest on the floor in the seating area immediately adjacent to individual with the disability rather than in the aisle. The owner of any service animal that poses a threat to the safety of arena guests, staff, or other service animals will be required to remove the animal off the premises of Frontwave Arena,

Animals and pets of any kind are prohibited at Frontwave Arena. Emotional support and/or comfort animals are not permitted.

 

Service Office

The service office is located in the lobby of the Northeast Entrance.

Sign Language Interpreters

 

Frontwave Arena is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least 30 days prior to the event. Please contact the Frontwave Arena Box Office at boxoffice@frontwavearena.com for further information.

If there are several guests who request the use of signers for a particular event, all hearing-impaired guests may be seated in the same area.

 

Smoking Policy

Frontwave Arena is a smoke free property including the unenclosed patio and plaza. Smoking, (including but not limited to e-cigarettes and vaping devices) is not allowed on the Arena property.

Solicitation / Vending

 

No distribution, or sale of any item, object, food, or beverage is allowed in or on the Frontwave Arena premises without prior written approval from Frontwave Arena and may also be subject to City of Oceanside permit requirements.

No solicitation of Frontwave Arena employees or guests is permitted without prior written approval from Frontwave Arena.

Pre-approved distribution or solicitation is subject to Frontwave Arena directives and policies and may not impede the free flow of foot traffic, vehicle traffic, or block doorways, walkways, corridors, or fire lanes.

 

Ticket Resale Policy

 

Tickets should always be purchased from an authorized ticket agent (i.e. the Frontwave Arena box office or AXS). Tickets purchased from anyone else could be counterfeit or stolen, and those that will not be honored. Ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Frontwave Arena. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder.

Ticket distribution outside of the Frontwave Arena box office at any time is strictly prohibited. Any person found to be distributing tickets – in exchange for money or simply giving tickets away – will be removed from the property and their tickets will be confiscated.

Wheelchairs

 

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at Guest Services. Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed to be stored at the seating section. Our staff will arrange to return the wheelchair or walker to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer.

Guest Services at Frontwave Arena provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.
