Box Office and Tickets

The box office at Frontwave Arena is coming soon... 

On event days, the box office will open 2 hours prior to the start of each event. Please note that some events will have a different policy. Please see the specific event page for further information.

*Hours will be added to serve guests during events.

*Box office will be closed most holidays (except on event days).

Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account 2 hours prior to event. A current valid government-issued ID is required for pick up.

The box office accepts Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card for events at Frontwave Arena.

Cash and checks will not be accepted! 

The Frontwave Arena box office will not accept payment over the phone.

Tickets for Frontwave Arena events may be purchased online at frontwavearena.com, AXS.com, Ticketmaster.com (show dependent) or at the Frontwave Arena box office. 

The Frontwave Arena box office will be open for all on-sales. The ticket office will remain open until the normal closing hour. 

Most events will use AXS ticketing.

Accessing Your AXS Tickets: AXS Mobile ID is a digital ticket you use with your phone. This revolving QR code resets every 60 seconds to ensure the most secure ticketing experience for fans.

Do I need the AXS app to access my tickets? Yes. Their patented AXS Mobile ID is the most secure form of ticketing on the market and ensures our fans have a trusted experience. Because of its unique design, the AXS Mobile ID cannot be sent through a standard email, so they use the AXS App to host this technology.

The AXS app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How can I see my AXS Mobile ID? After you log into the AXS app, you can pull up your AXS Mobile ID in a few different ways. Tapping the ticket icon in the bottom menu will automatically pull up your AXS Mobile ID or show you a list of your upcoming events which you can select individually. You can also tap the middle icon in the bottom menu to view your AXS Mobile ID.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades once tickets are purchased.

When buying tickets via AXS, patrons encounter additional service charges on top of the ticket cost. Opting to purchase tickets directly from the Frontwave Arena box office might offer some relief from AXS service fees, albeit with the possibility of incurring smaller ones.

Any child who is old enough to walk will need a ticket to attend. It is assumed that those children entering without a ticket will sit in an adult’s lap. For select events, every person (regardless of age) must have a ticket to attend. Please contact Frontwave Arena management office to inquire about a specific event.

Don’t trust individual or corporate resellers claiming to have tickets before they have officially gone on sale to the public. Those speculative listings are not real tickets that the seller actually owns.

Only AXS can issue tickets at Frontwave Arena. Do not trust tickets purchased from third party ticket resellers or from anyone selling a code – it will not work.

To fight speculative ticketing, we recommend you always purchase from AXS during official on sale time or from AXS Official Resale.

The promoter or artist’s management will typically impose a ticket limit in order to provide ticket access to as many fans as possible. Ticket limits vary depending on the type of event or the anticipated demand for tickets.
